Bewältigungsstrategien und Partnerschaftspflege
Viele Eltern erleben die Geburt des eigenen Kindes als ein Ereignis der Freude, des Stolzes und der Krönung der Partnerschaft. Mit der Geburt wird aber auch der Alltag der Eltern auf den Kopf gestellt: Plötzlich ist da ein Neugeborenes, das viel Zeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Energie beansprucht. Dies führt oft zu Stress bei beiden Eltern, was eine große Herausforderung für die Partnerschaft sein kann.
